PARTICIPATION FEES

Including

  • PHYSICAL and/or ONLINE access to all scientific sessions;
  • access to event materials
  • the final programme in printed and/or online format downloadable from the event website;
  • participation / graduation certificates with EMC credits based on the presence at the event and the correct transmission of all the information requested through the registration form.

Participants who will register after the 1st of March will no longer be able to receive event materials in physical format. The registration fees for one or more the event that take place within the SYNTHESIS Conference guarantee access to the medical content of the event for which the registration was made (together with the services mentioned above) in the form and duration in which the organizers facilitate access to this content, without guaranteeing a certain duration of time in days or hours during a day for the respective activities SYNTHESIS 2025 - National Conference of Internal Medicine .

The participants undertake the correct and complete transmission of all the necessary information for the issuance of participation/graduation certificates.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

  • Press the Register button on this page for the activity you wish to register for;
  • Once on the registration page, select the category and press the button: Add to cart;
  • In the page that appears next, you can view the chosen services
  • Once you have selected all the event components you wish to register for, click the "Continue to checkout" button at the bottom. You will be directed to the registration form where you must correctly fill in all the fields you consider necessary (at least the mandatory ones);
  • The next step is to pay the registration fee. Press the "Place order" button and you will arrive at the online card payment page. Complete all the necessary data and make the payment;
  • Registration is confirmed by receiving the following 3 emails: one contains the confirmation of the payment of the fee from the payment processor euplatesc.ro, the second email represents the confirmation of the registration from the operator Focus Event and includes the data from the registration form, and the third contains the invoice in electronic format. Please check their receipt in the SPAM folder or other partitions of the email box.
  • Careful! Entering an incorrect email address in the registration form will not allow the receipt of confirmation emails and will make it difficult to carry out the access procedures to the works of the demonstrations.

EVENT PARTICIPATION AND EMC PROFESSIONAL CREDITS

Participation in the SYNTHESIS 2025 - National Conference of Internal Medicine format decided by the Organizers is a condition for obtaining the participation/graduation certificate. Participation/graduation certificates carry professional credits if the participants meet the conditions of the event regulations and if the Organizers have communicated the fact that the respective event will be accredited to the respective professional organization. The members of the professional categories for which the Organizers do not communicate and do not undertake the accreditation of the event to the related professional body, but for which access to the event is allowed based on the regulation, have the duty to carry out all the necessary procedures and to assume all the costs involved in equating the certificates and obtaining the related credits from the professional body to which they belong, if they wish to do so.

Cancel Registration

Any cancellation or change to your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Until the 5th of February: fee refund minus 30% administration fee.
  • After the 5th of February there is no possible refund option.

Cancellation requests are made to the event operator, Focus Event, only in writing, in the following section: contact.
