Registration and Payment<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Registration forms a contract between the event participant and the Organizers regarding participation in SYNTHESIS 2025 \u2013 National Conference of Internal Medicine<\/span> <\/span> <\/strong>(the event<\/strong>). This contract is based on the following General Terms and Conditions<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration for the event must be done electronically, using the respective registration form provided on the website www.<\/a>focusevent.ro<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0Payment of the participation fee is made online with a bank card. Registrations without complete participant details cannot be processed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upon registration, the participant will receive a registration confirmation email. If the contact data entered are not correct, and the confirmation e-mails are not received, it is the responsibility of the person who registered to check and report the inconsistencies, to request confirmation of the registration. Event registration is not transferable.<\/span><\/p>\n

The participation fees paid for one or another of the components of the Event (conferences, courses, workshops, seminars, etc.) do not guarantee a certain length of time (in days or hours during a day), but access to the scientific content of the respective component. Also, the method of conducting, in whole or in part, the Event is the one communicated by the organizers through the final program, and the organizers cannot be held responsible for any arrangements made by the participants of the Event that do not take into account the final program of the Event.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participation and\u00a0<\/strong>E<\/strong>MC -<\/strong>Accreditation<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Participation in the Event in the format decided by the Organizers is a condition for obtaining the participation\/graduation certificate. Participation\/graduation certificates carry professional credits if the participants meet the conditions of the event regulations and if the Organizers have communicated the fact that the respective event will be accredited to the respective professional organization. The members of the professional categories for which the Organizers do not communicate and do not undertake the accreditation of the event to the related professional body, but for which access to the event is allowed based on the regulation, have the duty to carry out all the necessary procedures and to assume all the costs involved in equating the certificates and obtaining the related credits from the professional body to which they belong, if they wish to do so.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Changes to the program and \/ or format and conditions of the event<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The organizers and\/or the Scientific Committee of the event reserve the right to make the necessary changes to the program in the short term. Entry fees, if any, will not be refunded in whole or in part due to canceled presentations or program changes. Also, the Scientific Committee reserves the right to make changes to the format and conditions of the event as needed without this allowing refunds of participation fees (if applicable). All changes that must be made known to the participants will be posted on the event website, 2025.inmedis.ro<\/a>, in due time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Event format<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The event can take place in onsite, online or hybrid format. Places with physical participation are limited, and their occupancy during the event is based on the \"first come, first served\" principle. No booking of seats with physical participation is possible. It is also possible that certain sections of the program are only with physical participation, others only with online participation. Not all program sections are dedicated to all professional categories invited to the event. Participants are invited to follow the displayed scientific program and customize their experience according to the final program of the event. However, last minute changes cannot be ruled out.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation of participation<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Cancel Registration<\/strong><\/span>
Any cancellation or change to your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n

Until the 5th of February: fee refund minus 30% administration fee.<\/span>
After the 5th of February there is no possible refund option.<\/span><\/p>\n

Name changing<\/strong><\/span>
There is no possible name changing options. You will have to register and pay again.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Force majeure<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

For reasons beyond its control (such as war, strikes, blockades, riots or any such civil disturbances, any acts of God, including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, droughts and epidemics and any other circumstance of any cause is beyond its control) that have an impact on the arrangements, times or planning of the event and the corresponding activities, the Scientific and Organizing Committees have the right to immediately modify or cancel the activities or events or any among the arrangements, calendar, plans or other direct or indirect elements related to the congress.<\/span><\/p>\n

Neither party is entitled to any compensation for damages resulting from this amendment or cancellation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
